Now, new camera technology and a Youtube upgrade will allow users to manipulate the view that they see while watching videos. So, instead of only looking straight ahead at the video, you can look in ANY direction to see a different view, just like you would if you were there in real life and turned your head.

That being said, they seem to be creating a lot of one-off, gargantuan pieces of equipment to do so. The famous domed building is packed with rusted ornamental cast iron elements and a host of hazardous materials.
