PipelineSuite Manages the Entire Preconstruction Process for GCs and Subs

The bidding process is the lifeblood of most contractors; if you don’t win the bids, you can’t build the project.   Managing that process in the most efficient way possible can not only lead to better bid results, but also open your company up to more opportunities. One way to quickly and easily manage that process is PipelineSuite.

Once the bid invitation gets sent, the subs will receive a link to the pipelineOPR, their online plan room. In addition to gaining access to your project’s drawings, they can also submit RFIs and later submit their bid directly in the plan room.

If you’re trying to win jobs in new areas or need to expand your subcontractor universe, pipelineDirectory can connect you with subcontractors across the country. PipelineSuite has been gathering subcontractors and suppliers on their directory for 17 years now and continue to grow each year. The directory can be filtered by zip code, union, job type, and certifications, among others, to find the best fit for your project.

Once you find a new subcontractor you’d like to work with, the qualification process is key to a good long term working relationship with that sub.  pipelinePrequal allows you to use your existing prequalification form or create a new custom form to track insurance forms, EMR reports, NDAs, safety check lists, and more.

Subcontractors

Subcontractors are typically forced to use whatever software the GC requires, so it’s really important to make their lives easy in this process.  When the sub receives the bid invitation email and the link to the online plan room, they are not required to log in or sign up, just click the link and they’re on their way. 

In addition, subcontractors can also join the pipelineDirectory for free, so they can get their company in front of new GCs they have not worked with before.
