Unsurprisingly, the UAE has 3 of the 8 largest projects: Dubailand, which plans to be 3 times larger than Walt Disney World; Saadiyat Island, which encompasses 10.4 square miles (27 square kilometers); and the Yas Island Complex, which will cover 9.6 square miles (25 square kilometers).
